I’m feeling so very tired

One of the theatre nurses just showed me how to find out how old Spotify thinks I am.

The answer is a bit of a shocker.

I do feel somewhat aggrieved, though. It’s Spotify that chooses what songs I play as often as not. Hmmm…am I elderly of mind and habits because I let an app choose what music I listen to?
My surgeon felt bad for me so has suggested we listen to a more modern Christmas playlist. So, we’re doing so – but the bizarre thing is, they’re mostly the same old sings but just sung by younger people. It seems my life wasn’t complete until I’d heard Justin Bieber rocking around the Christmas tree.

Actually I read an article this morning that said Gen X is the most coveted generation to belong to. At first I was dismayed by this assertion but when you think about it, what’s the alternative? Either a Boomer or a Millennial. And there you have it.
