It’s 1 am and we’ve been waiting for two hours so far in A and E.
Simon tried the medications we bought for a few hours but they didn’t help so here we are. The club manager flagged down a taxi for us, otherwise it would have been a 20 minute walk.
It wasn’t the chaos I was expecting in a downtown Glaswegian A and E I must say. No loud obnoxious drunks or violence, just around thirty people waiting fairly calmly. We got seen by a very pleasant triage nurse within a few minutes of arrival, and have just been waiting here ever since. I think we’ve been waiting longer than anyone else here now so hopefully we’ll be seen soon.
