I have a two piece one mm wetsuit that I wear for swimming in summer, which isn\u2019t too hot but protects me from burning. Strangely enough, if it had a hood is would essentially be a birkini.<\/p>\n

Had to carry the old dog all the way to the beach and back today, although she managed to swim both ways across the estuary with no problems. I\u2019m going to have big muscly arms by the time summer\u2019s over (will hopefully balance out my cyclist\u2019s thighs).<\/p>\n
