I realised I forgot a couple of pictures from yesterday so here they are.

We had a private walking tour booked for mid morning, which started just round the corner from our hotel, so a gentle start to the day.

And so we say goodbye to Spain and our companions and we head North to Hungary.

When we were making our espadrilles back in Seville, the staff told us they didn’t have a branch in Madrid because the city was too grey.

Our train wasn’t until early afternoon, which gave us the morning to look through the Alcazar.

I have been pondering what people nick from hotel rooms.

I have been in Spain almost a week so I’m now qualified to offer my opinion on the people here.

We had an all day trip to Alhambra planned, which involved two hours driving each way, and an eight am start.

Leisurely start to the morning, so no really good excuse as to why both Simon and I forgot to hand in our keycards to reception when we left the hotel this morning.

Another hot sunny day in this awesome city.
