The doggies love bean bags, as you can see from these photos going back over the years:
Mostly they function really well as dog furniture, apart from that very amusing time a couple of years ago when a bean bag mysteriously exploded, back when Goofy was a puppy and our daughter and her partner were house sitting. I’m trying to find the photo to show you, but I don’t want to ask my daughter for it as she still seems to have PTSD over the episode.
Anyway, a couple of our bean bags are showing signs of age, with little polystyrene balls a common occurrence floating around in various corners about the house. I ordered a couple of new covers, but was also tempted by this posh sheepskin version.
It was expensive but I thought it looked a bit more durable than the fake fur ones we have. Well, it’s arrived, but there is a problem.
It’s enormous. I’m not sure what to do next? Cat dog can’t even get up on it. I could potentially let out some of the beans and hope that the dogs will share it, but that may be being a little too optimistic. Any suggestions?
