Everyone is happy when it doesn’t rain on a holiday, so that you can enjoy your days off.
But – and maybe I have to whisper it – it hasn’t rained properly for months. My garden is looking horribly desiccated. Is this the new normal? Do I have to swap everything out wholesale for cacti? Maybe that’s a bit extreme but I’m sure more natives wouldn’t be a bad idea. Thank goodness I gave up on the lawns years ago…
