I realise I haven’t posted anything since getting all mysterious with my last post.
I can reassure the concerned that all is well. Perhaps I’ll just show a last few photos of our brief sojourn (elsewhere) in the South Pacific.
Simon ordered this beer at lunch on our first day on the island and was horrified to discover it was flavoured with tequila. Perhaps the name might have been some sort of hint: “Desperados”. After that he never ordered anything else. Obviously something tickled his fancy with it. Here is a later bottle pictured with the shed skin of a banded sea snake, that I showed you earlier.As you might expect from a French colony, there was an amazing selection of cheeses available with every meal.
