feeling washed out but much better. Also rather ashamed of my last post, wallowing in self pity as I was. Tempted to delete it but it’s a record of how I felt at the time, so I won’t. Life has its ups and downs, things can’t be awesome all the time, even if objectively I’m a very lucky woman.
