We are just in the process of landing in Frankfurt.
In lieu of any sensible program of language acquisition before our arrival, I’ve started a German duolingo course in the last hour. I’m hoping the locals are good with English because there may be limited application for such phrases as “My dog is very smart” – Mein Hund ist sehr klug – over here. (Especially if they knew my dog).
