I’m listening to a fabulous podcast at the moment on sleep.
The format is two experts talking to each other. It’s absolutely fascinating, but the best part about it is that it seems to have the magical ability to send me to the land of nod. I put it on last thing at night, and am terribly engrossed right up until I lapse into unconsciousness, which usually takes about ten minutes. I’m a little bit conflicted, because I end up missing quite a bit of what they’re saying, and it’s pretty important stuff. But the major message I’ve got from it is how important sleep is, so on balance I think I’m onto a winner.
