Conundrum
What are the social niceties in this situation?
It’s my peach tree, but some of the branches are going over the fence into the neighbouring property. Do I lose dominion over those fruit, then? Legally? Morally? Of course, they’re within reach if I climb up on a ladder, but how mortifying if the neighbours could see my hand as it snaked out across to their airspace…
