Just spent an hour filling out an application form online, and then emailed it off, only for the recipient to reply that the form was blank. What sort of IT bollocks is this? What possible use would that function be? Do they want me to print it out, fill it in, photograph it and then email it back? Shall I just post it? What century are we living in??
