Poor old meteorologists get a lot of flack for some reason, so I thought it would nice to give them a shout out for their super accurate forecasting this week.
The polar blast that the country is getting, a novelty in October, was foreseen days ago. Not only that, they’ve given us a new portmanteau weather word: thundersnow. Sounds like a character from Norse mythology.
