My private list was truncated today so I’ve been at home listening to the police helicopter flying overhead and watching live streams of the parliament protest being broken up by police.
So bizarre that I’m sitting here with the dogs while scenes such as this are happening just down the hill and round the corner from me.
In the meantime, in the Ukraine, citizens who really have something to complain about are trying to defend their country at great risk to their lives from Russian invaders. Not to mention, record floods across the Tasman in Eastern Australia.
My yoga class this evening has been cancelled, presumably something COVID related, so I’m going to have a bath and a quiet night in watching something mindless on telly. I’ve had enough of current events.
