It won’t be a surprise to some of you that I spoke too soon on the monarch butterfly front.
But honestly, stop with the caterpillars already, you stupid insects!
Who is going to benefit from this rampant overpopulation? Not you, because there’s going to be mass starvation and death in the coming weeks, and not me, because I am now suffering a major moral injury from having to squash multiple tiny caterpillars in a vain attempt to get on top of the crisis.
Honestly, its going to be easier to rip the whole plant out next summer, and then where will you be?? I’m beginning to feel that you didn’t really think this strategy through.
