One of the dubious benefits of working with plastic surgeons for years is that you get to pick up some of the jargon.
I can describe, for example, in medical terminology the exact changes that age is bringing to my body. Lack of upper pole fullness (breasts) and mid face descent are but two. I haven’t yet been tempted to ask for a little gratis refurbishment. I suspect the first thing I’ll be requesting is to have any skin lesions I’m paranoid about cut out. I have another good friend who is an oncologist, and I’m hoping I never need her professional help either.
