Look what I found in my garden!

I saw The Great Conjunction!

A young man was very excited about my water today.

Found a little baby bird on the lawn yesterday,

My daughter is cross we can’t see The Great Conjunction between Jupiter and Saturn from our house, because it’ll be too low on the horizon.

Outwitted by birds once again

My husband’s annual deluge of Christmas gifts from grateful patients has started off with a roar.

Am finally getting my wish, on my last Private list of the year with this particular surgeon.*

Had the day off today, which was lucky, as I was shattered.

A member of our team yesterday morning was clearly in a bad mood.
