I haven’t cleaned a car in decades.
I’m the sort of person that owns cars that humorous people write “clean me!” In the dirt on the back window. I just can’t see the point in going to all that effort. Does it make any difference to how well it runs? Does it do long term damage to the paintwork? That’s a genuine question, actually, and I don’t know the answer (and I’m not sure I want to). It’s never been a problem before now, because I’ve had run of the mill, ugly workhorse type cars. But is it going to be a problem with my Tesla? Is there some sort of social contract that says flash cars must always remain sparkly?
Am nervous now.
