I just tried to get the CD player on my computer to open and it just damn well wouldn’t no matter how many times i pressed it so i got cross and tried a little percussive therapy on it with my fist and now the open/eject button is all smooshed in and i suppose I’m meant to feel guilty for breaking it which seems so unfair why not just make the stupid thing work in the first place? Is that too much to ask??
A flight of ideas
There should be a small hole in the CD draw which you can poke a paper clip (suitably straightened) to make it release. Worth a try
