In spite of the long hours he works, his doctor girlfriend is stuck in Sydney and with no possibility of transTasman travel anytime soon he has free time on his hands. I think the filling is sweetened condensed milk mixed with lard but it also had a faint taste of lemons which means it can’t be 100% bad for you.
