Actually IMHO we didn’t have increased problems with people and their dogs, we had a bunch of whiners with excess free time who decided to complain about anything and everything. I wonder if these are the same dog-hating Karens who allow their cats to do their toxoplasmosis infested turds in my children’s sandpit every night?
