There is a special place in Hell

Dear Abby,

I know that with the world wide lockdown,

Times are getting desperate.

Lockdown day… ummm… are we half way?

When I finished my allocated tasks at work the other day,

Said a brief hello to the next door neighbours as I was wrestling with the bird netting on my fig tree earlier.

Tomorrow my daughter and I head off on our long awaited trip to France.

So now that we have clear scientific evidence of coronavirus transmission between people and cats,

These old emails are like time travel for me. Simpler times.
