I have a two piece one mm wetsuit that I wear for swimming in summer, which isn’t too hot but protects me from burning. Strangely enough, if it had a hood is would essentially be a birkini.
Had to carry the old dog all the way to the beach and back today, although she managed to swim both ways across the estuary with no problems. I’m going to have big muscly arms by the time summer’s over (will hopefully balance out my cyclist’s thighs).
