Lovely quiet ride to work this morning, hardly any traffic on the road. I guess this is what the aftermath of the zombie apocalypse might look like? Although I suspect there might be more bodies and such detritus strewn around if that were the case. Which might be how the place will look tomorrow morning, if the New Years celebrations are any good.
It’s no wonder it’s quiet, the only people working today are those poor saps who weren’t organized enough to get their leave applications in on time; or those like me, who still haven’t figured out that even though it’s the 1st and the 2nd of January that are the stats, it’s actually the 31st of December you want off. Oh well.
