Ugh. Serves me right for being so smug. Had work dreams all night. I’m sorry, Rod, but I’m certain our (imaginary) patient is going to be much better off in ICU after all the trouble we had with him on the ward last night. No notes, no nurses, no equipment, no help when everything went pear shaped (it all felt so real).
Never so glad to be woken by the roosters.
Speaking of which, what they need here is daylight saving. Then you could enjoy the long evenings, with sunset around 7:30, and the roosters would be crowing at 6:30 instead of 5:30. A huge improvement. And not even any cows on the island to get upset (that I’ve seen, anyway).
