Very long brain tumour case in progress. Seven hours so far and no end in sight. I have no registrar with me today so running the whole anaesthetic by myself (with my tech of course) but I am also following the excellent T20 cricket game between the Black caps and the dastardly English. Is that bad? I don’t feel it is but on the other hand it might not be a good idea to post any comments on Stuff about the game. Ethics a bit of a knife edge at times!
Quite happy to give the Melbourne Cup a miss though. Don’t need to follow horses dropping dead in real time.
