“Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise!” But what about a woman? Well, jet lag has given me a fresh perspective on this very question. Getting up at sparrow’s fart all week has enabled me to be very productive. Well, that may be an exaggeration… at least it has allowed me to keep on top of the churning international news cycle. The slow moving train wreck that is UK politics and Brexit has brought me no joy, but the ongoing impeachment saga has certainly gladdened my heart.
