How come when registrars work with me, they’re very keen and proud to show off the new crackpot techniques that they’ve learnt from other consultants, but when I try and impart the novel and innovative ideas that I’ve built up over many years of experience, they just shuffle their feet, don’t look me in the eye, and try to talk about something else? Who would have thought millennials would be so fearful of change??
