Ok, now can anyone spot the deliberate mistake in this bread machine loaf?
Too much liquid? Too much yeast? Too little? Or is it because all the ingredients (including the yeast) are at least two years old? (OK, it’s been a while since I’ve done this…)
Anyway, it was delicious.
