Just finished a very long and stressful neuro case, and once the hard bit was done, the surgeon wanted to relax by talking about yesterday’s new episode of Game of Thrones. Unfortunately, not a single other person in theatre had watched it, or was even intending to – what are the chances?? He was quite miffed. There was some desultory conversation about the blonde scantily clad one and her history of cerebral aneurysms, though. Hope that was enough for him.
