Had to do some emergency surgery on my shoes. These mules had a peep toe style but my big toes were getting terrible blisters so I had at them with some sturdy scissors (thank you, Airbnb hosts!)
In the process I discovered that in spite of their excessive cost, they weren’t actually leather suede but a kind of brushed cotton. So, vegan I suppose – but not cruelty free – just think of my blisters!
